Courtesy Vehicle

The client may become entitled to a courtesy vehicle in relation to insurance (if the offender's insurer covers this vehicle for the client as a claimant) or, where applicable, based on a contracted assistance service (according to the cover limits for an event of an immobile vehicle). All the other events can be covered by the courtesy vehicle service.
Examples:

  • If you are guilty of an accident, a courtesy vehicle is not included in the collision damage insurance indemnity while there is no contracted assistance service to provide the vehicle to the client either.
  • Regular vehicle maintenance is required but the client needs a vehicle on the same date.
  • The customer temporarily needs another vehicle.

The courtesy vehicle service is based on a simple distribution of the agreed number of days of lease at a certain price over the regular payments.
